kleines update!

hab heute mal die düsen in die einsätze gesteckt und bemerkt, dass die zu kurz sind  >:( >:(
hab dann kurzerhand adapter gedreht, dass sie ca 5mm weiter rausstehn. jetzt passen die stecker drauf :)

nun hatte ich das problem, dass dir seilzughalterung an der leiste ansteht:

zuerst wollte ich die kugel vom tempomat nutzen, da ich eh keinen hab, aber hab dann doch schnell einen neuen seilzughalter gemacht:

halterungen fürs seil kommen morgen drauf..

achja und ein neuer ansauglufttemperaturgeber hat seinen platz gefunden..

da hat audi wirklich mitgedacht, dass die da das richtige kernloch reingemacht haben :D

ich habs jetzt nur mal überflogen. . . . . . aber ich glaube du hast die Kupplungsprobleme ausgelassen  :evil:

soderle, kleines update..
viel ist nicht passiert, ich hab jetzt beim block ein wenig weitergemacht und bei den kolben..
die fläche für den OT-Geber und Drehzahlsensor hab ich geplant, da beim NF block ja original kein geber oben ist.

die kolben hab ich bearbeitet, sprich nuten eingestochen zwischen den kolbenringen und am feuersteg..
sieht dann so aus:

einspritzleiste ist drin, spritsystem ist dicht.. alles ist bereit zum starten, nur eines nicht.. vie VEMS :(
alles verkabelt (probeweise), firmware draufgeladen, config ist drauf, lcd display geht aber kein hallsignal und kein OT geber signal..

eine kleinigkeit an der platine dürfte nicht passen.. hab die vems von 2 HALL sensoren auf auditrigger umgerüstet.. hab alles mehrmals kontrolliert und neu gelötet, aber teilweise sind die anleitungen sehr ungenau..
jetzt hab ich aber support von vems direkt und es sollte weitergehen..

die letzten abende haben mehr oder weniger so ausgesehen:

und viel löterei am schreibtisch..
